Sis Erdene Small became a Christian at the age of sixteen at the Welch Man Hall New Testament Church Of God under the leadership of Rev. Eustace Williams.
As a youth she held many positions, Sunday school teacher, Youth president, Eastern Zone president over the following churches: {Bibby's Lane, Spa Hill, Braggs Hill, Parris Hill and Bridge Field New Testament Church Of God.
Sis Erdene Small was referred to ministry by Rev. Wilston Belle she received an Exhorter Certificate on the 3rd of April 1996. In 2004 Sis Erdene Small was appointed as Pastor of the Welch Man New Testament Church of God, she pastor this ministry for eleven and half years.
During this time she continued ministerial studies at the IIChurch of God School Of Ministry and was awarded the ri Certificate in Ministerial Studies on completion of the prescribed Biblical, doctrinal and pastoral studies. On the 16th of May 2012 Pastor Erdene Small received her Ordained Ministerial Certificate {a five year study program}. Under the leadership of the late Rev. Doctor. Louis Joseph head of Barbados Bible College. Now known as appointed leader Rev. Doctor kenroy Burke.
Rev. Small now pastor Greens New Testament Church Of God. A position held for the past three years. Her greatest passion is to see life saved and transformed by Jesus.
