Pastor Victor Clarke attended the NTCOG Wavell Avenue for over 20 years at which time he served as Mens president and youth director. After which Pastor Clarke transferred to the Parris Gap assembly to assist pastor Johnson for over 2 years. He then became pastor of the said assembly and assistant Parish director he have served in the office of Pastor for the past 12 years. Also, he is now the Parish director for the St. Michael North Parish.
